Membership & Pricing

What is included in my membership?
In short, excellent primary care.
We’ll take care of all your primary care needs — from preventive medicine to managing chronic conditions and addressing new concerns as they arise.
As family physicians, we believe health is more than the absence of disease. Our role is to partner with you — helping you clarify your goals, move toward them, and maintain your best health.
Monthly Membership
Adults $200/mo
Kids $100/mo*
*For ages newborn through 25. Requires an enrolled adult.
We want to care for your whole family, so membership is capped at $500/month per family.
